Personal information collected:
No personal information is collected. The only information used is an anonymous unique identifier based on your IP address which Google and WordPress use to keep in touch with you while you are on our site. This unique identifier allows us to have statistics on the number of visitors, the date and the number of pages accessed on our website during a session. This unique identifier varies depending on where you access the internet from and is distorted if you use a VPN but it still gives us an idea of the volume of visitors.
If you do not agree with this procedure, then it is too late to accept/refuse because access to this page has already been recorded by Google and by our site engine: WordPress.
The only option then is to leave the site.
The contact form (email) is the only other way to find out more about you, but we understand that if you send us an email it means that you agree to send us the information included there, knowing that it’s for personal use and not for distribution on the internet.
Comments on articles may be distributed publicly unless otherwise indicated by the author.
Check the Canadon website for their confidentiality rules.
Procedure for restitution or deletion of data.
Upon request we can give you a list of interactions you have had with us and/or remove those interactions.
You will need to prove that you are the author/owner of this information. Generally, the only concrete proof accepted is your email address for getting in touch with us.
You must therefore have access to this valid address or prove that you have already owned it. We will surely find a way to reassure you.
Procedure in case of hacking.
If an event of this type occurs, anyone who communicated through our website using an email address that we have retained will be notified.
Depending on the situation, we will also advise you of the necessary procedures to mitigate/correct the situation.
